About the Role

Responsible for carrying out day-to-day activities including supporting our application engineers and outside sales engineering teams. Responsible for proposals, submittal documentation, plan and specification review, takeoff and pricing. Responsible for accurate and current data entry into our various sales systems. You must enjoy working with people and be good at building long-term relationships.

Core Responsibilities –

  • Solutions advocate for our products and services.
  • Plan and specification review, takeoff and pricing.
  • Prepare proposals and submittal documentation.
  • Order execution and project management including pre-installation meetings, project meetings and submittal review meetings with owners, engineers, and contractors.
  • Client application engineering assistance for the equipment we represent.
  • Monitor and communicate project status to the project teams.

Requirements:

  • Organized with good time management skills
  • Self-starter able to work in rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Critical thinker that takes initiative without always being given direction
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments, business partners, and employees in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in (or interest in) HVAC systems
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Alignment with company core values
